HUD Group

The HUD Group provides market studies, rent comparability studies, preliminary pro formas, and appraisal reports to clients seeking HUD financing. We are approved to perform MAP work for HUD. Prior to MAP, Crown personnel were active in performing market studies and appraisal reports under the Fasttrack program for HUD. We have remained current with HUD requirements by attending HUD training sessions in Ohio, North Carolina, Georgia, and Texas.
