Commercial Group prepares appraisal reports and
market study assignments. A variety of properties, with
a wide range in specific attributes and characteristics,
have been valued by this group.
It is clear that commercial real
estate is significantly impacted by permanent financing,
and the attitudes of those providing permanent
financing. Crown Appraisal Group recognizes this. As
such, we have, since the mid 1990s, remained current
with lending institution issues by attending conferences
that focus on the issues that are relevant to this facet
of the real estate industry.
