Crown Appraisal Group is a real estate firm that specializes in commercial real estate appraisal and consulting services. Our expertise ranges from the preparation of comprehensive valuation reports to property and portfolio evaluation, litigation support, and market analysis. Andrew J. Moye, MAI is one of the principals of the firm. At Equitable, he was responsible for working on a multi-property regional mall portfolio.  While at Landauer, he appraised a variety of commercial property types including apartment, shopping center, and office buildings.  He worked throughout the southeastern United States as well as the Caribbean.  Later, he was the chief appraiser for Chemical Mortgage, overseeing the production of commercial real estate appraisals for properties throughout the Midwest.  As co-founder of AC Valuation, he prepared appraisal reports on commercial real estate and reviewed appraisal reports for several RTC entities.  At Crown Appraisal Group, he is responsible for preparing appraisal reports.  He serves as president of the company.  Andy has written appraisal reports for participants in the CMBS market, life insurance companies, banks, and private companies.  He has written appraisal reports for apartment properties, shopping centers, office buildings, industrial properties, and hotels.

Donald E. Miller II, MAI is also a principal of the firm. Don began his career at Deloitte & Touche.  While at Deloitte he was involved with tax preparation and planning, compilation, review and audit assignments.  Later Don served as an officer of the Chatham Corporation, a real estate development company.  While there he was responsible for accounting functions of the development company and related entities.  This included developing financial projections for real estate investment decisions, managing banking relationships, accounting system oversight, and generation of financial statements.  With Crown Don has appraised a variety of property types across the United States.  These include shopping centers, single-tenant retail, office, multi-family, industrial, hotel and senior housing/care properties.  Appraisal assignments have included single asset properties and portfolios.  Don has written appraisal reports for CMBS clients, life insurance companies, banks, litigation support and private companies. Don has been involved with the Appraisal Institutes’ Young Advisor Council and Leadership Development and Advisory Council.  He has also served on the executive committee of the board of a non-profit CCRC.

Bruce E. Nell. Bruce began his career with Crown Appraisal Group in 1999 and currently serves as a principal of the company. He is an associate member with the Appraisal institute and is currently a candidate for his MAI designation. Bruce has developed a national reputation as an authority in Self Storage, Manufactured Home Communities and RV Resort valuation. In addition to these niche property types, Bruce has extensive experience in all commercial real restates, having completed assignments in 47 states. Bruce has served as a guest speaker on community valuation for the manufactured Housing Institute. he serves as a national client manager for key accounts within Crown Appraisal Group.
