Crown uses a proactive approach when appraising large multiple property portfolios.
Prior to and during the initial stages of an assignment, our senior associates work with the client.
We gain an understanding of your needs regarding content and analysis. We also establish the timeline
for delivery. With this understanding, we are able to direct the assignment effectively. This ensures
consistency and on-time delivery of each report.
Thoughtful attention is given to defining the assignment—sources
for information, analysis to be presented, issues to be addressed, and value conclusions
developed. We are able to utilize senior staff, trained in a variety of disciplines including
commercial real estate. We provide an experienced team with backgrounds that include finance,
accounting, real state development, investment and consulting. Crown offers national coverage
and consistency with local, regional, and market sector knowledge and experience. When appropriate,
a consultant’s specialized knowledge is paired with the needs of an assignment. This approach
enhances the work product and facilitates the process time.
Crown has completed numerous portfolio assignments. Property types include
shopping centers, single tenant retail, office, industrial, multi-family, hotels, mobile home communities,
self storage, c-stores, and senior housing/care properties. Primary clients are CMBS
participants, life insurance companies, and bank
institutions. The assignments have included single
sector and multi-sector, as well as single market and
multi-market portfolios.
